| Dockside Fishing Center Boat Rental Rules and Rates. 1. Must be 21 years or older with a valid drivers license. 2. Must have previous boating experience or have successfully completed a Safe Boating Course. 3. All major credit cards accepted, $500 authorization for security deposit required. Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection and safe return of boat. 4. Boasts allowed in the Chesapeake Bay and tributaries only. 5. Late charges assessed at $40 per half hour. 6. Operation of boat while under the influence of alcohol or drugs will result in forfeiture of deposit. 7. Renter acknowledges that he is responsible for his speed and wake at all times. 8. Damaged propellers will be charged #100. 9. Base rental rate (minimum) is $59.00 for the first 2 hours plus gasoline and oil. 10. Skiing, swimming, diving, scuba, snorkel from boat prohibited.
